We recently launched several exciting updates to Grant Assistant including an easier and more intuitive proposal setup process, automatic extraction of template outlines and application questions, a revamped tone of voice feature, and exclusion lists—a new way to instruct Grant Assistant to avoid using certain words and phrases in your proposal. You also now have the option to let Grant Assistant auto-generate your first draft from start to finish with just a few clicks.

Crypto gifts are now fully integrated into the Smart Gifts table in the Partner Portal! You can search, sort, filter, and export them, just like other smart gifts. View gift details, download tax receipts, and track status from “In Transit” to “Received” with ease.

We’re building Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality into the Partner Portal to enhance security and streamline access for partners. SSO allows users to log in with one set of credentials across platforms, commonly through providers like Okta or Google Workspace.

By leveraging FreeWill’s Planned Giving and Smart Giving Suites, CCNY has raised over $3.1M in legacy and tax-smart gifts, while solving donor attribution issues and simplifying complex giving processes. Since partnering with FreeWill, Overture Center for the Arts has raised over $3 million in legacy commitments, formalized their planned giving efforts, and uncovered passionate supporters who were previously off their radar, including a surprise $2.8M bequest from a board member.
