This feature sends a customized thank you email from your organization to every legacy donor who shares their contact information, automatically delivered through FreeWill on your behalf. It's a timely touchpoint designed to enhance your stewardship efforts without adding work for your team.

Your named legacy donors are now receiving a Giving Survey as part of FreeWill’s ongoing marketing engagement campaigns, to help you better understand donor intent and communication preferences. Responses will start to appear in Partner Portal so you can see how donors want to stay connected, what matters most to them, and how they're thinking about their gift.
