Will Flow Customization Improvements for Faith-based Partners

We've made meaningful improvements that give you greater control over how supporters experience the estate planning journey. You can now incorporate specific guidance and hyperlinks within Funeral Wishes, offer personalized direction around Children & Guardianship to help donors reflect on shared values, and enable a Personal Statement feature that allows supporters to express their spiritual motivations directly within their will.

William Enhancement: Resume Conversations & New Prompts

When you start a conversation in the new version of William, it now appears in the Conversations tab and can be resumed later for further edits, making it easy to pick up right where you left off. We're also continuing to update and add prompts, including the updated *Email Evaluator* to help you optimize donor emails against our data-backed best practices.

Update to Gift Intent Forms

We've updated the language on our gift intent forms to introduce a warmer, more appreciative tone and more inclusive wording that reflects all types of giving beyond wills and trusts.
